A native of California, Karen moved to Texas and joined Broadwing Aviation 15 years ago and hasn’t looked back!  Her commitment to exceeding clients’ expectations and drive to offer a seamless experience are part of what helps to make Broadwing successful.

Prior to working in the aviation industry, Karen was privileged to work for the Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland California, for almost 16 years.  It was there that she found her love of working with people, offering solutions to challenging situations, and was able to hone her skills in providing amazing Guest service!  With a positive attitude and drive to always want to improve, Karen’s goals, both professionally and personally, are firmly in place and achievable. “The best way to get started is to stop talking & begin doing” – Walt Disney.
